Rugby Recruitments policy is to only send CV’s that match the vacancy we are dealing with. We do not send our clients dozens of CV’s in the hope that one will be what you are looking for. Our consultants are all experienced recruiters who work in key market sectors. This gives our customers and candidates the confidence that we understand their requirements and will not waste our clients time by submitting candidates that do not match our clients requirements.

Every candidate registering with Rugby Recruitment is checked to ensure they are legally allowed to work in your company.
Original passports and documentation are examined and copied.
Candidates not having original documentation are not allowed to register.
As a further check we have established a relationship with contacts within the Home Office giving us instant access to advice on individuals eligibility to work in the EU.
Many of our clients prefer to interview candidates away from their own premises. We are able to offer our clients interview rooms with PC facilities for candidates we have submitted. We will even give you free tea and coffee!

Rugby Recruitments policy is to ask for references from almost all Candidates who register with Rugby Recruitment. We often take informal, verbal references from companies to get a real incite to the candidates capabilities, attitude to work, reasons for leaving, ability to work within a team etc.
Rugby Recruitment train their staff from a variety of external training companies. Our external and internal training give our staff the skills to source candidates that other agencies do not have access to.
