Areas of Responsibility
Answer the phone and deal with membership and training queries
Manage the membership and enquiries inboxes and deal with related emails
Management of membership of all levels/categories, processing applications, chasing references, checking credit score (where relevant), chasing and dealing with payments, sending out welcome packs to new members, printing ID cards, loyalty badges and certificates
Maintain the Database/CRM system, ensuring that information is accurate, and continually update members records
Training related activities, processing applications, chasing and processing payments and DBS applications, and sending out confirmation details.
Co-ordinating tutors and booking accommodation, and refreshments
Setting up training room for candidates, including printing training notes, attendance certificates, course slides (where required), tutors packs
Co-ordinate dates for exams, booking tutors, prepare paperwork, check marking sheets, issuing certificates where passed, and chasing up where exam modules need to be re-taken
Prepare list of member applications and cessations for monthly Board Meetings
Collate contracts and advertising for Magazine and prepare bulk list for mail out.
Checking of membership claims
Chasing data, VAT numbers etc. chasing payments, sending out e-mails etc.
Raising of membership subscriptions, training invoices, credit notes and purchase invoices, scanning and uploading of invoices.
Assisting the Operations Manager prepare the supplier payment run and the monthly credit card reconciliation
Assist with the chasing of outstanding member subs, processing online card payments
Significant administrative experience
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Used to working with databases/CRM systems
Used to dealing with customers constantly via all media (phone, e-mail, letter)
