Sales/Customer Service Assistant – Lutterworth
Taking incoming and making outgoing calls to increase revenue, providing excellent customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
By telephone, contact leads generated by our Marketing campaigns to determine viability of prospect which will then direct our Field Sales Team for further investigation.
Work with our Field Sales Team to ensure appointments are booked and confirmed within their diaries.
Identify potential areas for sales growth by working within the Sales Team as a whole and cross functionally with Marketing.
Achieve monthly sales targets through contacting an established customer base.
Cross sell using monthly promotions and/or introducing new products to existing customer base.
Processing any orders received onto the inhouse systems.
Provide support to the Field Sales Team with their order processing.
Processing of repeat orders from established customers.
Provision of monthly reports.
Invoicing Export/Wholesale orders and informing customer or arranging Carriers where necessary
Collating Export order information onto spreadsheet and circulating to relevant staff
Ensuring all client records are correct and accurately maintained on our Internal systems.
Investigate unfilled, misplaced or misdirected orders and resolve any customer issues.
Follow up feedback received from customers and provide information/data for the Sales Team.
Provide assistance relating to product queries.
Point of contact for visitors.
Distribution of incoming calls to relevant departments.
Distribution of post.
Salary £17,000 – £19,000 per annum
