Providing support to the Management team through data analysis, report writing and tracking across multiple service disciplines. Utilising Business Intelligence.
Experience
The successful candidate will have:
Advanced level of all Microsoft Office tools
Microsoft Power Business Intelligence skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent administrative skills
Be articulate and able to present information in various formats succinctly
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work alongside The Management team, direct relationship with service companies, manufacturers and customers. They will have direct responsibilities to review and report on service call data, equipment reliability and service levels working to help achieve agreed contractual Service Level Agreements between our client and the Management team.
Responsibilities will include:
Reporting skills, working with Business Intelligence
Creating dash boards
Working with various databases
Weekly Data analysis and reporting
Service trend reporting
Publish reports externally to manufactures and service providers
Meeting attendance and feedback both internal and external
Tracking of Planned Maintenance completion including statutory compliance
Evolving and developing data reporting
The successful candidate will need to work well in a team environment, whilst being self-starting and motivated to achieve high levels of performance and reliability
Salary: £22,000 per annum
Hours of work: 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:30 – 16:30 Friday
