Customer Service & Sales Administrator
Ensuring high standards of customer service are delivered, supporting the company’s
Liaising directly with the Sales Management team to administrate company procedures.
Expanding the sales network and supporting existing customers.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
accurately the specification and terms of payment as set out by the sales order
location, value and condition.
communicate deliveries that ensure that the company meets its commitments and
operates in a cost-effective way.
answering or re-direct incoming telephone calls from customers, suppliers and colleagues.
To accurately prepare and deliver proposals and quotations in line with the
sales management and directorial teams request.
administration and refreshments.
Hours of work – 8.30 – 5.30 pm (Monday – Friday)
Location – Rugby
