Provide leadership to a multi-functional team, responsible for up to 20 staff providing training, support through customer service, first-line software support, warranty administration and online sales.

Salary £30,000 + (Dependent on Experience)
Overseeing a team of up to 20 staff
Assisting with recruitment
Coaching team members, including production of training literature and materials as necessary
Monitoring and recording absence, lateness and sickness
Conducting performance reviews and/ or disciplinaries
Co-ordinating and scheduling workload of the team.
Working with team members to ensure that tasks are completed on time.
Reporting regularly to the departmental manager the current status of tasks, and high-lighting any potential barriers to timely completion.
Acting as a point of contact and support for key account customers
Preparing and executing presentations
Some travel may be required
Preference given to those with a 2nd European Language (French, Italian, German, Spanish)
Previous experience of managing a team, either as an assistant manager, team leader or manager
Ability to lead and inspire
Commercial awareness in business environment
Excellent computer skills including fully proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Ability to professionally liaise with customers/suppliers and internal staff
