Our client is an energy storage company and they are looking for an engineer to give technical support to their clients worldwide.

You can grow with this company – they are expanding and developing their staff.

They are looking for someone to remotely monitor systems via an online portal to produce daily performance data producing technical reports for their clients.

This will be checking vital operating parameters such as; voltage, frequency, temperature, battery condition, emergency stop and battery levels. It will be monitoring the systems conditions, checking notification of mains failure, confirmation of a successful test run and checking if any faults or alarms are triggered.

If there is a problem then a trained technician will remotely investigate the issue.

The company want someone who is analytical, someone who can report this data to their clients in a way they can understand it and be a great communicator with their clients.

Someone who, with training, can diagnose problems, and explain the problem in a clear and concise way to the clients.
