Our client is looking for a motivated, pro-active, highly organised team player to cover for a maternity contract. They will consider applications for a full-time or part-time (30 hours per week) role. Previous experience of brand or product management would be helpful but not essential. This role will be paid monthly through our client.
Duties are as follows:
This is a key role within the team – responsible for maximising the sales and profitability of their existing products as well as launching new products developed
This involves working with account managers and category team to optimise the product range in each account or channel; tracking SKU and range performance against key performance indicators and making recommendations to improve performance
Leading projects to develop new products/packs and improve the existing range from idea to post-launch review.
Building effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders is critical to success in this role, leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and on budget. This will involve listening to and anticipating the needs of shoppers, customers and internal stakeholders, whilst holding colleagues to account, ensuring that their actions are completed within agreed timescales.
