Reporting to the Product Manager, the broad outline of the role will be to provide administration support. The role will be both internally and externally focused with a high level of autonomy regarding the day-to-day operation of the customer accounts.
Utilising your MS Office skills in this Administrative role – attention to detail is paramount, along with the ability to liaise with clients globally – Fluent German speaker essential.
PROFILE OF CANDIDATE:
Good customer service skills, communication and relationship building skills will be essential as will a high level of attention to detail.
The marketplace is pan European where the support is required.
The candidate must be fluent in English and German, verbal and written.
