Internal Customer Service Executive (12 months – Fixed Term Contract)
Salary £19,000 to £22,000 per annum

Right now, we are keen to recruit an enthusiastic, team-spirited candidate to work in internal sales, with excellent
communication skills to be responsible for achieving sales revenue and targets in line with the company`s budget
and sales objectives. This is with regard to new and existing customers, defined either by geographical area or market sector.
More specifically, you will:
Monitor the performance of customer to ensure existing levels of business are maintained and increased.
Provide levels of service in line with company processes and procedures.
Maintain and develop your assigned customer base, targeting new customers.
Work as part of a team to achieve company, departmental and personal objectives.
With impressive customer services skills, you will need previous experience working within a telesales / customer service environment. You will also need the ability to negotiate and manage customer relationships as well as carry out customer calls in a consultative manner. Good attention to detail is a must and you should be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Warm to existing customers and occasionally cold outbound calling on a daily basis.
Growing sales and margin to new and existing customers
Dealing with customer enquiries over the telephone and via email.
Taking orders from customers, advising stock situation, prices, and availability.
Pricing items for customers and produce quotations for customers
Processing sales orders/quotations onto system.
Providing technical assistance and advice to customers
Following up on open enquiries
Liaising with purchasing team
Cross and up selling of company products
Providing excellent customer service and specialist product knowledge
Calling Customers with any problems regarding orders.
Market Research – updating contact details
Building relationships with accounts.
Working in a small team to hit territory targets set.
Promotion awareness and the selling of at all times
Attending meetings as requested
Update and record information on computer systems as required
Ensure close working relationship with external sales team to maximise efficiency of the sales team.
