Supporting the External Sales team, making and answering calls on a daily basis. Checking Portals and expressing interest as required.
Completing Prequalification documents and recording all sales activity within a weekly sales report.
You will develop and update the data base in order to gain well qualified sales appointments for the Sales Manager. You will make outbound calls and develop a mail shot process to generate appointments and leads.
Working within the sales department to assist in marketing campaigns, in relation to identifying leads and sending out marketing literature to assist in obtaining first appointments.
Responsible for generating new qualified sales leads and first appointments.
To make outbound calls to potential clients with a good telephone manner, and record activity on the sales data base.
Ensure ACT data base is current, accurate and offers in- depth potential client tracking.
Make Weekly research and contact calls and add to the database, feeding back to individuals who have supplied leads.
Manage diaries for the Sales Managers and Sales Director, by scheduling appointments as necessary.
Keeping track of sales targets
Daily checking of all tendering portals
Sending out confirmation letters and sales literature as required, ensuring all correspondence is completed to the required standard.
Assisting in Document compilation, using word and In-design as required.
Assisting in marketing campaigns.
Answer calls in the sales department, ensuring all calls and comments are fed back to the relevant manager.
Follow up any web site enquiries
Ensure that the highest standard of client care is maintained during all client contact.
Ensure that marketing and company literature is continually up-dated, working with the Sales Graphics Designer, Operations staff and Sales Director.
