We have a wide range of customers such as Architects, Plumbers, Plumbers Merchants, screed contractors, M&E Contractors, self-builders, renewable energy companies etc. Selling both electric and wet underfloor heating systems or components.
Specific days are to be spent calling prospective new customers
New enquiries to be booked into ACT – CRM system
Measuring of drawings to determine size underfloor heating zones
Calculating a bill of materials
Designing underfloor heating systems
Specifying the control strategy of the company system
Compiling the quotation and sending it to the customer
Following up on all quotations with the respective clients
