ISO/Quality Systems Implementation Co-ordinator/Officer
Salary – £22-25k pro-rated
Location – Rugby (outskirts)
Our client is looking for an experienced quality control co-ordinator/officer to roll out ISO systems and accreditation.
This is a temporary role, 6 months minimum, reporting to the Head of Operations, and will require 5 days per week Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
The aim of the position is to create documentation, procedures & training plans required for the implementation of ISO 13485: 2016.
Ensuring the Company Quality Management System is conforming to the requirements of ISO ISO 13485: 2016 and subsequent standards required going forwards.
Creation of HR files, training plans, work instructions and other documentation.
Record, report and administer management system non-conformities and corrective actions.
Liaison with all support functions.
Ensuring QMS milestones are achieved.
The candidate will have experience in a quality management setting where they have been responsible for providing administrative support in the preparation of documents, reports and data to meet regulatory requirements.
Solid administration experience, particularly within the control of Quality Management Systems
Strong Microsoft Office skills including the ability to produce reports and develop Quality & Environmental Management related Procedures and Policies
Upbeat and positive attitude and the ability to interact and influence across the organisation at all levels.
Excellent organisational skills: clear thinker, able to prioritise and deal with evolving needs, plan work, operate at pace to high quality standards
Interpersonal skill level of capable of communicating at all levels
Ability to deliver tasks to deadline
Desirable of at least 2 years’ experience of ISO 9001/2, ISO 13485 or other accreditations and an excellent understanding of QMS
