To directly manage and develop the Marketing Team and oversee the management of Apprenticeship Recruitment Service.
Drive performance in both the Marketing and Apprenticeship Recruitment Service teams to achieve the Organisation’s targets.
To liaise with National Sales Director, Sales Manager, Managing Director & Senior Management team in the production and design of materials, PR activity and external communications of the business.
To support the Sales Manager and Sales Executives including monitoring and reporting on Marketing and Apprenticeship Recruitment Service.
Review and develop the performance of the Marketing & Apprenticeship Recruitment Service teams.
Develop and implement marketing strategies and activities, monitor trends and identify opportunities on an ongoing basis including :
The production of a marketing plan
To work with the marketing department on the implementation of specific promotional activities, design and implement creative and imaginative campaigns to generate new and repeat business from existing and potential customers
To research and advise on presenting new marketing and publicity materials
Supervise the use and development of the department’s customer and prospect database ensuring they are fully exploited.
Be responsible for the company’s public relations including the development of a P R Plan.
Be responsible for the organisations digital strategy.
Support with the recruitment, selection and induction of new personnel as required to deliver the business plan
Ensure individuals have a clear understanding of their roles, responsibilities and accountabilities and through appropriate support, training and development are able to deliver against their individual KPIs and targets.
Conduct Appraisal & Job Reviews with appropriate staff as per the company’s staff development and personnel policy.
Implement an effective management information system and provide senior management with appropriate information and reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Manage the relationship with the organisation’s suppliers and website host
Responsible for the company’s website in association with the company’s IT system support provider.
Oversee the management of Goldmine database ensuring best practices are implemented and the data is clean and accurate.
Purchase, evaluate and upload data when appropriate exploiting data to full potential.
Attend company meetings and ensure effective communications of company policy, strategy, information and decisions to all personnel within the department and across the business.
Organise and conduct annual employer survey
To adhere to all policies, procedures and codes of conduct as issued by the company.
Travel dependent upon business needs.
Achievement of the department’s objectives and targets, including financial performance.
Motivate staff to ensure they have the appropriate skills, training and development to meet existing and future business needs.
Organise and manage marketing strategy to ensure business growth is in line with company objectives.
Increase customer base to ensure business growth across the Company.
Continued development of the company website and administration to improve efficiency across the business.
Salary £30,000 per annum + Excellent company benefits
