Our client – a Southam based company – are looking to recruit a mechanical assembler.

£10.50 per hour

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn mechanical engineering.

An immediate start for the right candidate – the position will become permanent for the right person after 13 weeks trial assuming you are suitable for the job.

The position involves assembling very intricate (and valuable) specialised engineering parts that use used throughout the world.

You will be using a variety of hand tools – the work is specialised, but excellent training is provided.

There is some lifting due to the nature of the work.

Before the mechanical parts are assembled – they need to be cleaned thoroughly – de-greased before assembling them.

The parts are small –you need excellent attention to detail and be able to follow a set procedure to assemble the parts.

Ideally, you will have some experience in this type of work, but this isn’t essential. It would ideally suit someone who has attended engineering at college – or someone who has worked in a factory type of position.

The company want someone with an excellent attitude to work – someone reliable – who isn’t late for work – someone who wants to learn mechanical engineering.
