P/T Temp to Perm Training Administrator
Rate:£8.50p/h – £9.00p/h
Working Hours: 8 hours per week (+ additional 8 hours on alternate weeks) – Must be able to work Mondays and Fridays and cover holidays and sickness when required.
To act as a single point of contact for the day to day running of the centre. Activities to include but not limited to:
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
v Meet & Greet of all delegates & visitors to the centre
v Act as the centre Fire Marshal for the centre & ensuring that fire systems are regular checked and records kept.
v Assist with the management of health, safety and emergency systems according to company policy & relevant law.
v Assisting with the continued development & training of any other administration staff
v Ensure that the directors are informed of any issues that may arise
v Assist with day to day running of the training centre & to be fully conversant with all operational systems.
v Produce any reports / documents in a timely manner ensuring deadlines are met
v Ensuring the cleanliness of centre by conducting daily cleaning activities.
v Ensuring the comfort of delegates are maintained at all times
v Preparation of lunch & refreshments as prescribed by your manager
v Maintaining adequate stock control of hand outs, paperwork and other course materials
v Preparation of all course material prior to course commencing
v Maintaining accurately training dates on company website.
v Respond to & follow up on new enquiries using appropriate methods in professional manner
v Dealing with all aspects of course bookings from initial enquiry; confirmation of booking and issuing of certification.
v Maintaining key training documentation & records
v Ensuring that the company website & social media is kept up to date including a monthly newsletter
v Ensuring that reminder correspondence is forwarded to delegates in advance of expiry and actively promoting rebooking
v Assisting both internal & external instructors to ensure smooth running of courses & any admin required
v Assisting other member of staff during periods of leave or sickness
v Any other activities deemed appropriate instructed by your manager
