Liaising with all of the teams within the company
Liaise with our 3rd Party hauliers.
Working on CRM to optimise software and schedules.
Use of various IT systems.
General office duties.
The successful candidate must be computer literate and a good communicator with an eye for detail.
Any other related duties.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communications and organisational skills and be able to work under pressure. You will need to have a ‘ can-do’ attitude with the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team, taking responsibility for your decisions and being able to adapt to changing plans. Some geographical knowledge will be helpful, good IT skills are a must.
Hours: Monday to Friday. Working alternate weeks 0700 – 1600hrs and 0800 – 1700hrs
