Our Rugby based client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced electrically biased Production Manager.

The company have a team of 40 mechanical and electrical engineers supplying a wide range of industries within the power generation, energy storage and electrical engineering industries within the UK, Europe US and Australia.

This is an exceptional company to work for with a huge benefits. They are a family-owned business and the Directors are super-friendly – they certainly go the extra mile to look after their staff. The Board of Directors include some prominent names in the engineering industry.

The company manufacture a bespoke electrical product – they have a full order book and a bright future.

The company are now in the position to increase the headcount to include a new Production Manager to look after through-put of orders to ensure resources are used in the best manner.

They are looking for someone to take ownership – someone to grow with the company.

They are looking for someone with a commercial awareness – someone who can work with suppliers and motivate, manage and direct shop floor staff.

The company want someone electrically biased – someone who understands Control Panels, Generators, electrical solutions, power supplies, batteries or a similar.

The Salary is dependent on your experience and skill level.
