The company produces concrete building materials used by customers all over the world, they have an excellent reputation for quality, strongly believe in continuous improvement and invest heavily back into their site just outside of Rugby near Lutterworth.
Due to their ambitious growth plans, they now need to recruit 2 new production operatives to work on a full time basis. This is a long, long, contract – it is ongoing.
You will be working as part of a shift and trained on how to load, operate and unload the production machinery in a safe way. Other duties including using basic hand tools, performing preventative maintenance as well as keeping the workstation clean and tidy.
The work is fast paced, and this is a “mucky” environment. In recognition of this, the client is offer you the following:
* Competitive hourly rate of £10.04 p/hour including shift allowance.
* Regular overtime which is very lucrative.

* Security knowing that this is a long-term contract.
The Ideal Candidate
In order to be considered for this role, we do ask that you are an experienced factory or manufacturing operative who has worked within a production process before, you are physically fit and flexible enough to work shifts which rotated from days to nights every week. You do need to be reliable enough to turn in for all your shifts.
Due to the location, you do need to have your own transport.
