Details of Post:
The successful applicant will work on a business to business basis and be required to secure vacancies from employers and successfully recruit match and place candidates into those vacancies.
You will be researching, fact finding and promoting new business to corporate clients nationally. Consultative sales via the telephone, progressing business.
Some of the key skills and abilities required to be successful at the role will include:
Previous experience and a demonstrable track record in a recruitment or sales/Telesales environment.
Well spoken confident candidates who enjoy working both over the telephone and face to face to meet clients.
Good customer service, organisational skills and ability to motivate and support personnel to administer the inhouse system. Excellent negotiation skills.
A proactive attitude is essential.
Hours: Full time – Monday – Thursday 9.00am -5.00pm with a 4.30pm finish on a Friday.
Salary/Additional Information £18,000 – £21,500 plus uncapped quarterly bonus.

The role may include travel to potential clients dependent upon client’s requirements. Therefore car owner/driver essential. Mileage allowance paid
