The primary function of this role to support the Aftermarket Sales Office with the processing of all sales and service orders received into the office. The role of Sales and Services co-ordinator is to be the primary contact and support person for our customers, providing information on products and services.
Receive customer/Account Manager enquiries into the office for all products and services
Process customer/Account Manager sales orders through SAP for all products and services
Deal with customer queries effectively and efficiently
Strive to deliver quality products & services leading to our customer’s sustainable success.
Understand the needs of customers and ensure these are met.
Work alongside the sales team to ensure order processing is carried out in a timely manner.
Update Service allocation in the diary and dispatch relevant requests to engineers.
Actively follow up quotations using appropriate systems for analysis.
Sales order progression with factories and suppliers
Liaising with customers/Account Managers on progress of Sales orders/service requirements
Regularly update business opportunities/enquires by use of Salesforce
Liaising with both internal & external partners for technical & pricing and processing of sales order s.
Activation of orders for Service/Supply Agreements – co-ordinating the service/supply agreements
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Proven Customer Services experience
Good working knowledge of MS Office, preference given to those with SAP experience
Excellent communication skills, professional, well spoken, telephone manner
Confident, ability to multi-task in a fast moving environment
Location – Rugby
Salary range £19,000 – £24,000 (Dependent on experience)
Hours 08.30 am – 5 pm (Monday – Friday)
Holidays 20 days holiday + 8 statutory days (Increasing with service)
