We are looking for a dynamic forward thinking External Technical Sales Engineer. Experienced dealing with Mechanical and Electrical Contractors for our client within the Heating Industry.You will be liaising with Mechanical Contractors and Electrical Contractors from Commercial Business, Housing Associations, Schools, Colleges.
External Sales covering a area of Greater London and the Home Counties
Selling both electric and wet underfloor heating systems or components.
Business Development and Account Management to clients within Commercial Businesses/Schools/Colleges/Housing Associations/Home Builders
Liaising with Mechanical & Electrical Contractors, self-builders, renewable energy companies etc.
Prospecting and developing your target market
Attending appointments from generated leads. As well as maximising on your target area to develop business.
Measuring of drawings to determine size underfloor heating zones
Quoting / Creating estimates from Technical drawings
Calculating a bill of materials
Designing underfloor heating systems
Specifying the control strategy of the company system
Following up on all quotations with the respective clients
Any other sales and estimating elements
Candidates will be experienced External Technical Sales Executives with a background within the Under Floor Heating Industry – used to liaising with Commercial Businesses/Schools/Colleges and Housing Associations.
