Sales Order Processor

Due to an expanding customer base we are seeking a committed and determined individual who can meet the Company’s growth expectations within our busy sales office.
Flexible working hours will be considered for the right individual.
Reporting to the Sales Office Manager you will be required to:-
Process customer order information onto the company (SOP) Sales Order Processing system.
Operate the company SOP system to understand order and stock status and react to customer requests for information.
Liais with both customer & other internal departments.
Provide data analysis from SOP system.
Using the SOP system provide customer quotations.
Following a successful training period respond to customer enquiries by specifying from the company’s
existing product range.
Offer product support with all other customer related activities.
In return for meeting the criteria the successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary (dependent on skills and experience).
Skills & Experience
Excellent presentation & communication skills at all levels.
Salary £18,000 – £22,000
Depending on experience
Location – Leamington Spa
