Sales Support – Customer Services Co-ordinator – Daventry
Description of the role:
Sales Support supporting external Sales Managers/Engineers, Maintaining sales on a Geographical area, through excellent customer service, liaising with existing customers taking inbound calls and sales order processing. Contacting lapsed and an existing bank of customers to promote business.
Excellent customers services, ability to support the external sales team; you will be working in
team of 10, at this purpose-built facility in Daventry.
Key tasks include:
Customer Services and Sales/to a base of existing customers – Business to Business calls.
Liaising with Trade Customers
Fact finding and researching, liaising with existing and lapsed customers
Processing customer orders.
Investigating and processing any customer returns or complaints
Customer service and technical support
To process all incoming correspondence on that day of receipt
Set and agree Monthly Sales Targets with your Area Sales Manage to ensure customer database/account details are constantly updated with the correct customer information
Excellent customer service skills
Confident telephone manner
Be commercially minded, acting as support to External Sales, managing a territory
