Technical Training Administrator – (10 Months contract with a view to becoming a permanent position)
£20,000 – £25,000
Administering and supporting Technical Trainers with all aspects of a technical training day, preparation, delegate support and post training activity.
Working closely with the Technical Field Sales Team and Garage Scheme Developer to administer and help develop new and existing members.
Ensure that Training and invoicing is administered in a timely manner.
Support Technical Trainers with Training day preparation and set up, including post training administration.
Administer training management system to ensure delegates are correctly inducted onto training courses across all markets.
Administer the training sign up process and ongoing re-subscriptions in line with company policy.
Support with the organisation of Technical training and events as required.
Record Workshop information in the company CRM to create our own
detailed database of IAM Automotive workshops.
Support the development of the Training Management system, Portal and CRM in line with the company’s future strategy.
Ensure that Technical Training and system and process manuals are kept up to date.
